Can products be returned for refunds, repairs, or replacements?

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hotline, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
TradeInTheBox.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
General Returns
1.  All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via the Help Center.
2.  Misshipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3.  Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Electronics

Returning for replacement and refund
1.  Quality Issues:
If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, TradeInTheBox.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.
2.  Non Quality Issues:
If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).
Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
Canceling Orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.

 
Customized Clothing
This category includes: Wedding dresses,  Bridesmaid dresses,  Mother of the Bridal Dresses,  Flower Girl Dresses,  Evening/Cocktail/Prom/Celebrity Dresses, Groom Wear,  Cosplay and Costumes
Order Cancellations
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details. 
Our Cancellations Policy 
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

*When you receive an email from TradeInTheBox.com titled “Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with TradeInTheBox.com”, your payment has been confirmed.  
Returning For Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. 
Dress is not the size you ordered
Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on TradeInTheBox.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible. 
Overdue Products
If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 10 days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the dress is not returned, only the shipping fee is paid by customers.
Return Process
1)      Submit an Email  to Customer Service at sales@tradeinthebox.com  within 30 days of your order's shipment*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
*When you receive an email from TradeInTheBox.com entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with TradeInTheBox.com," your order has been shipped.
2)     Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
3)     Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.  


Outdoor Sports
Returning for replacement and refund
All items can be returned within 7  days after you receive the products. Please clearly identify the return reason on the package. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization or wear.
1.  Quality Issues:
Full refunds are issued for quality issues and we will pay for return postage both ways. (Quality issues include: obvious stains, tear damage, and defective products.)
2.  Size Errors:
Customers who receive products with errors of 2cm (or greater) between the actual measured size and the size chart on the website, that we consider will affect the wearing of the product, are eligible for a full refund. Products with errors less than 2cm will not be accepted.
Canceling Orders (Payment Confirmed)
1.  No charges for canceling orders before shipping.
2.  Customized sports clothing orders are eligible for a 25% partial refund.

Faucets
Returning for replacement and refund
1.  If there is any quality problem within 7 days of receiving the product, we will issue a full refund. Quality problems include broken products, products that cannot be used normally (except products that are not properly installed), faucet LED light does not work, etc.
Customers need to send the product back to us, and we will handle the refund as soon as possible, once we confirm that there is no damage.
2.  Replacement and refund is not available for non-quality problems.
Canceling orders (Before delivery)
There will be no charge if the order is canceled before delivery.

MiniInTheBox
Returning for replacement and refund
1.  Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 7 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
2.  Non Quality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer an 85% refund.(15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned)
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
Canceled orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred.
Wrong Item Delivered
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.

Hair Wigs
All items in the Hair Wig Category are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold cannot be returned or exchanged except in particular circumstances as shown below.
Return Policy
Quality Problem:
We will issue a refund and bear return shipping fees if wigs sent to you have quality issues (Quality issues include damage and poor quality of products). Returned product must be in brand new condition, unused and with original packaging. Products must be returned within 7 days of having received the item.
Please also explain why you want to return the products.
Please note: ALL RETURNS OF CUSTOM WIGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% PROCESSING FEE.
Exchange Policy
1.  Wrong Color:
We will exchange your product if the purchased product does not match the color you ordered (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor display will not be exchanged).
2.  Wrong Style:
We will exchange your product if the product received does not much the item ordered.
Exchanges may be made only if your product is eligible. (Please see list below) We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for exchange has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for exchange. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be in tact and not damaged in any way.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE: CUSTOM WIGS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, WIGS AND HAIR PIECES FROM THE WIG OUTLET.
Requesting an Exchange
1. Your original order number (This is very important).
2. The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.
3. Your shipping address and phone number.
Canceling an Order
1.  You will not be charged any fees if you cancel you order within 48 hours (Except FOR CUSTOM WIGS).
2.  We will charge 50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 days.
3.  Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days but before the item is shipped.

Makeup
All items in the Makeup Category are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold cannot be returned or exchanged except in particular circumstances such as quality issues and allergies.
Return Policy

If you are sensitive or allergic to the products after use, please show medical proof (such as a doctor's note) and receipt for return. Products must be returned within 7 days or receiving the product and customers must not have used more than 1/3 of the product.
Exchanged Policy
Faulty Goods
We will pay the shipping fees for products being exchanged due to the wrong product being sent.
Canceling an Order
1.  You will not be charged any fees if you cancel your order within 48 hours.
2.  We will charge 50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 days.
3.  Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days and before the item is shipped(except for free shipping products).

Tattoos Body Art
All items (except sterilization product(s) such as needles, inks) can be returned within 7 days of receiving the products. Please clearly identify the return reason on the package.
1.  If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return or exchange the products within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note, customers may be charged a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
2.  If your items have quality issues (including shipping damages), you can return or exchange the products within 7 days of receiving the products, for FREE.
3.  If you find you are sensitive to the products after use, please show medical proof (such as a doctor's note) and receipt for return.
Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of being tampered with.

Women’s Clothing and Cashmere Store
All Women’s Clothing and Cashmere Store Category items are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold will not be returned or exchanged except for quality issues, wrong color, or allergy problems.
Return Policy

This FlashCart is absolutely amazing. It's easy to understand, use, setup, and customize. I have yet to find one ROM that doesn't play properly, and I have over 1,000 of them.
